TOXICOLOGY OF DINITROPHENOLE JUNCTIONS AND TREATMENT OF POISONINGS CALLED BY THEM

In the review the modern submissions about toxicology of dinitrophenole junctions, including pesticides of preparations of this chemical class are stated. The problems on toxicodynamics are considered, including mechanisms of an operation alkilderivatives by 2,4-dinitrophenole, in conditions of effect on an organism of animals and person, and also the analysis of datas of the literature about the existing approaches to pharmacotherapy of intoxications is indicated. The conclusion about absence till now of highly effective means of preventive maintenance and treatment antidot such as an operation is made.
