THE MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS ACUTE AND CHRONIC CROTONIC ALDEHYDE ACTION ON LIVER FUNCTIONAL STATE P.G. Zminko, T.V. Hilkevich, N.A. Shushurina, N.V. Kokshareva The influence of crotonic aldehyde in acute (at 130, 87, 5 and 1 mg/m3 concentration) and chronic (at 5,18, 0,56 and 0,14 mg/m3 concentration) inhalation on rats liver functional state was investigated. Absence of pronounced hepatotoxic property of substance at adducing concentration and of reduction of liver detoxic property was shown. |
