DYNAMICS OF CHANGING OF BEHAVIOUR REACTIONS IN WHITE RATS DURING EXPERIMENTAL LEAD INTOXICATION

S.Ye.Dejneka

We studied in experiments the dynamics of behaviour reaction in white rats in lead intoxication by intraventricular acetous lead administration to white rats for 30 days with the dose of 30 mg/kg. The results showed that prolonged lead intoxication was accompanied by appearance of substantial changes in laboratory animals as to behaiour reaction.

Moreover the results showed the sharp oppression of horizontal and vertical motor activity, hole reflex and integral behaviour activity. The relationships between multiple administration of acetous leal and toxic effect on the central nervous system of white rats caused by it are non-lines.
