From data of literature estimation of danger of pesticides which can get in the environment of Ukraine is conducted, on a criterion is violation of function of the endocrine system, by interaction them with the human receptors of sexual hormones, estrogens — ERa, ERb and androgens — AR. It is shown that most pesticides, which violate the receptor mechanism of the endocrine function, are insecticides. On a chemical structure it is the organochlorine and organophosphorus pesticides, and also pyretroids. The dose of most pesticides at level of acceptable daily intake (ADI) of, which is set by Ukraine methodology, provides absence of effects. However such pesticides, as methoxychlor, prothiofos, bromophos-ethyl, bromopropylate, propanil, procymidon in doses at the level of ADI violated the function of endocrine system on a receptor mechanism.
