MODELLING OF THE Cd MIGRATION IN SOIL PROFILE AT THE ECOTOXICOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF ECOSYSTEM IMPACT POLLUTION

N.A. Ryzhenko, V.N. Kavetsky, S.N. Kashpor

The article deals with modelling of Cd vertical migration process in the turf podsol soil at ecosystems impact pollution conditions. Cd migration dynamic and behaviour in the soil profile had been shown on the basis of the exponential model and Koller's model.

Constant of speed degradation and half-life period of cadmium available forms in the 0—20 cm soil layer were calculated on the basis of the exponential model. General regularity of the Cd migration in 20—100 cm turf podsol soil layer has been established and approximated by Koller's model. It gives the possibility to forecast the metals concentration after a while and period of the pathological changes appearance in the interecosystem's level resulted by the pollution. Possibility of forecasting allows conducting of the objective environmental assessment and plant growing in the polluted areas.
