MORPHOLOGICAL AND FUNCTIONAL PATTERN OF CEREBRUM OF RATS UNDER CHRONIC EXPOSURE OF SMALL DOSES OF LEAD

S.P. Lugovsky

In the chronic experiment on rats getting by intra-stomac infusion the PbCl2 (0,027 mg/100 g) during 3 months is set, that the developing morpho-functional changes in a cerebrum are conditioned by changes in the system of neuron-glia and neuron-glia-capillaries. A high sensitiveness on a Pb-effect is determined for the cortex of cerebrum and its pyramid neurons of the V layer. In reply to the Pb action the destructive and adaptation alterations appear in cells and their patterns at ultrastructural level which testify to activation of compensating-adapting reactions in reply to the damage. In the dynamics of Pb-intoxication development of degenerative changes in the neurons of cortex of cerebrum causes their death, that results the representative for Pb-effect damages of myelin fibers structure.
