In review the analysis of biochemical reactions and products of oxidative modi-fication of proteins of cell biomembrans and nuclear chromatin and also their toxico-logical consequences is made. Oxidative-modified proteins result in the onset harm-ful, cytotoxic substances, which, for one's turn, are caused distortions of the accuracy of DNA replication and transcription processes. These factors are for one's turn, causes for pathological conditions, such as tumors, immunodeficits and immunosu-presions, diabetes, functional deteriorations of cardiovascular, respiratory and other the most important systems of organism.
