CORRECTION BY NICOTINAMIDE OF RAT BRAIN MEMBRANE STRUCTURE DAMAGES UNDER CONDITIONS OF POISONING TETRACHLORMETANE

It was discovered that under the acute tetrachloromethane intoxicationn decrease of Na+, K+-ATP-ase activity,disturbance of processes of uptake and release of serotonin from synaptosomal vesicles, change suctsynate dehydrogenase activity of mitohondries, change of fat acid composition of rats brain lipides are observed. It was showed that injection of nicotinamide (220 mg/kg body weight) in 1 hour, 24 hours and 36 hours after poisoning by tetrachloromethane normalized enzyme activity of synaptosomes and mitochondries of brain and partially normalized fat acid composition of brain lipides, uptake and release of serotonin.
