In experiments on white male rats possibilities of correction by Metavit vitamin composition changes in liver mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum lipid contents and activity of serum 5'-nucleotidase with acute paracetamol poisoning have been investigated.

As a result of investigation it was shown that acute paracetamol poisoning caused changes in liver mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum lipid contents and increase of serum 5'-nucleotidase activity. Metavit vitamin composition on the contrary of the referent preparation metionin demonstrated high corrective efficiency for above mentioned parameters.
