ESTIMATION OF MUTAGEN POLLUTION OF WATER POOLS OF CENTRAL PART OF THE LVIV AND VOLYNSK COAL FIELD

Researches concerning mutagen loading on water pools of the central part of the Lviv and Volynsk coal field are lead at use of the Ames test and ana-telophase test. It is revealed genotoxic activity as on genic (Salmonella typhіmurіum), and on chromosomal (Allіum cepa) levels. Total mutagen effects were shown and at research of samples of water from the rivers the Western Bug and Solokia, and with reduction of these effects with 1998 for 2002.
