In three series of subacute radiochemical toxicological experiments the state of peripheral blood has been studied under isolated and combined influence of the mixture of chemical soil pollutants in a wide dosage range (from 1/100 LD50 up to 1/50000 LD50 of each compound) and fourfold total gamma irradiation in cumulative doses from 0,25 up to 2 gray. It has been established that combined influence of chemical and radiation factor in high doses has strengthened leukopenic effect of gamma radiation and has caused an absolute neutropenia and lymphopenia without alterations of a leukogram. Moreover combined influence of chemical agents and gamma irradiation in high doses has strengthened, and in low doses has weakened erythrocytopenia in comparison with isolated influence.
