DEVELOPMENT DOSAGE REGIME OF GERMANIJORGANIC SUBSTANCE MIGU-2 ON MODEL SHARP PERORAL DNOK-INTOXICATIONS

It is developed optimum dosage regime of application germaniumorganics substance to the MIGU-2 on model acutr peroral DNOK-intoxications. It is proved, that the most expressed antidote-medical effect to the MIGU-2 realizes at intraperitoncal introduction in a doze of 87,34 mg/kg for 48 min prior to the beginning of receipt DNOK in an organism and 112,87 mg/kg through 5 min after intoxications.
