The influence on the man's health and environment of the process of transformation from ecologically important petrochemical raw material into man-made yarns and fibers is considered.

Introduction of technological and machinery innovations created by JSC "Chimtextilmash" into polycaproamide yarns and fibers production process is exemplified. Such innovations could reduce the amount of gaseous, liquid and solid wastes and increase safety of man-caused effect of production process.
