There were investigated the morpho-functional changes in liver after the herbicide 2,4-D and the plant growth stimulator ivin action during the month. The obtained data showed the essential changes of liver function and the morphological differences after 2,4-D and ivin damaging influence. 2,4-D provoked hepatitis, vessels thrombosis, sinusoids constriction, hepatocytes nuclei decrease. Ivin caused plasma membranes thickening, conjunctive tissue overgrowth in periportal regions, perivascular edema. Ivin didn't influence on the sinusoids. Simultaneous action of 2,4-D and ivin leaded to results like ivin alone. Pesticides acted first of all on hepatocytes of centrolobular zones. Just the same time took place compensatory processes in liver, such as enlargement of hepatocytes and its nuclei volume, increase in the number of hepatocytes, which contain two nuclei. The compensatory reactions were the most significant after simultaneous action of 2,4-D and ivin.
