ROLE OF LYSOSOMES IN THE MECHANISM OF CELLS PROTECTION AND DAMAGE AT HAEVY METALS EXPOSURES

L.M. Shafran, V.D. Bolshoy, E.G. Pikhteeva, E.V. Tretyakova

The participation of lysosomes in cells protection and damage is analysed at heavy metals exposures. It was shown, that the lysosomal system reacts on the heavy metals concentrations rising in living cells by a complex of adaptable changes including body height of number and the dimensions formed de novo lysosomes, inductive lysosomal enzymes synthesis, activation of their other physiological functions. At growing of a load in the lysosomic device there are infringe-ments underlying a pathogeny of intoxications by haevy metals But some of the important aspects of the problem remain not known. The basic directions of the further researches having theoretical and practical value are proved.
