The task of present study was to research skin irritating and sensitizing properties and influence on the Guinea pigs skin morphostructure of porous sole materials of the marks Evapora, VSh and Mipora (laboratory and industrial versions) and monolithic thermoplastic polyurethane (МТPU) and recycling polyurethane also.

It is established, that the synthetic porous sole materials of the marks Evapora, VSh (industrial version), Мipora (laboratory and industrial versions), МТPU have not caused skin irritanting and sensitizing effects, have not altered the skin morphostructure. On the base of this data they was proposed to use.

Synthetic porous sole materials the marks VSh (laboratory version), recycling polyurethane have produced moderate and expressed biological effects, respectively, were altering skin morphostructure. They are prohibited for manufacturing as dangerous for human health.
