MECHANISMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF TOXICOSIS AND METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION ETIOLOGICAL FACTORS IN PATTERN OF TOXEMIA

The thesis is dedicated searching of pathogenesis and children's detoxication therapy problems. The mechanisms of endotoxicosis forming and realization in blood were researched complexly. These are followed in the rising hierarchical row: the issues of toxins production and separation in blood; accumulation and connection strength with the different factions of blood; state of the antitoxical adaptation systems of plasma; clinical manifestation of toxemia.
