MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS MEMBRANE TOXIC PROPERTIES OF METHAEMOGLOBINFORMER POISONSW.W. Khrapak, Z.P. Omelyanenko, I.L. Sopina, L.P. Shirobokova, L.A. Mogirova, L.D. Labushevskaja Sodium nitrite and nitrobenzene at toxic dozes, except for methhaemoglobin-formation, have definitr membranotoxic action, which is shown by increase of capillary permeability of a skin at mice and decrease osmotic stability of erithrocytes in rat. The preventive introduction of a combination methylene blue and pyridoxim before poisoning of animals by these poisons reduces membrane toxik of displays. |
