The article deals with necessity of transition from idea of Sustainable Development Strategy to internal dynamic equilibrium conception (DEC) as a possible survival paradigm. The dynamic equilibrium conception methodologically grounds the interdependency of the main ecological regularities provided the biosphere resistance from anthropogenic pressing. It was the ecologically substantiated the main principles of the economical activity management based on the ecology monitoring different stages with the following using of the mathematics modelling directed to the certain removals and protection of the human negative influence on ecosystems.
