REGULATION OF ANTIOXIDANT HOMEOSTASIS AND SYSTEM DETOXICATION OF ORGANIZM BY HORMONE MELATONIN. ROLE OF MELATONIN DEPENDENT RECEPTORS IN REALIZATION OF THIS FUNCTION

In work the role and place of hormone melatonin in regulation of many physiological processes is shown: dream, memory, pigmental of an exchange, circadian of rhythms, synthesis sexual hormones, immunity, phsyho-emotional condition, proliferation and differentiation of crates. The main ways of biosynthesis and metabolism melatonin, mechanisms of their realization are described.

The classification main subtype melatonin dependent receptors (ROR and RZR) is given which are in skeletal muscle, liver, kidneys, thalamus, sensors cortex, cerebellum etc. By means of these receptors there is and regulation melatonin of antioxidant system organism — an amplification expression of genes responsible for synthesis of Cu-Zn-dependence superoxidedismutase. Besides, melatonine positively influences on activity glutathione reductase.

For melatonine is characteristic antioxidant activity, which is defined by ability inhibition of a hydroxyl-radical and NO-syntase. Melatonin is most powerful endogenous neuro- and genoprotection, the growth of tumours brakes. Is shown, that melatonin has high antioxidant and hepatoprotection activity at experimental intoxication of a liver.
