The effect of the plant growth regulator — ivin on protein synthetic processes in the rat organism is investigated. Ivin was administered per os daily for 6 months in doses: 13, 1,3, 0,13, 0,013 mg/kg. It has established, ivin upsets the balance of protein synthesis and albuminolysis at all levels of the investigated doses in separate terms of researches, but the revealed changes have a transit character. Degree and direction of changes of protein metabolism did not depend on a dose and time of influence. As the revealed changes were unstable and had transit character and were not accompanied by changes of animals growth, it is possible to consider, that at the investigated level of doses ivin does not cause essential infringements of protein synthesis and metabolism.
