DRUG'S TOXICOLOGY THE RESULT OF STUDY MUTAGENIC ACTIVITY OF PREPARATION PIRODAZOLO.P. Kravchuk, I.V. Boltina, O.L. Kostik, D.S. Pigida, T.A. Bukhtiarova, V.S. Khomenko, O.E. Yadlovsky Mutagenic activity of preparation Pirodozol was investigated in such tests: induce increasing of structural chromosomal aberrations in human lymphocytes in vitro with and without metabolic activation of mammalian microsomal fraction S-9, and induce mutations in used strains of Salmonella typhimurium with and without metabolic activation of mammalian microsomal fraction S-9 . Conclusion that preparation don't have mutagenic activity was established as a result of investigations. |
