INFLUENCE OF SYNTHETIC DETERGENTS ON SUPERFICIAL ACTIVE SUBSTANCES OF ORGANISM

I.V. Mudry, A.P. Grynko

Endogenic superficial active substances (SAS) are synthesized in organism and take part in various physiological processes and functions of organs and systems. Definition of endogenic SAS' role in development of pathological conditions of organism is not studied well. Synthetic detergents, coming into organism, can influence at natural balance of endogenic SAS in blood serum, liver, brain and other organs. Urgent question is the analytical maintenance of separate definition of endogenic and eksogenic (synthetic) SAS in human biosubstrates.
