IMPLANTS — CARRIES OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE MATERIALS

The toxicological and hygienic expertise of polyurethane implants — carriers of biologically active materials is conducted. Is established that polymer endoprosthetics are biostable during 6 months of an implantation. The analysis of dynamics of an output of the levamisole in vitro has shown that at their usage in an organism the doses of a medicinal preparation superior pharmacological will not act. According to histological researches polyurethane endoprosthetics keeping in the structure biologically active compounds completely fill osteal defects, do not produce negative reacting of the surrounding tissues, and stimulate processes of an osteogenesis.
