The more harmless method of modulation the endogenous intoxication by the intraabdominal injection of solutions of acidi lacticum, ammonium chloride, urine and acidi lacticum to small experimental animals (rats), which allows to make estimation of ways and methods of treatment the endogenous intoxication in experimental and clinical conditions has been worked out in experiment.
