MECHANISNS OF INTOXICATIONS

INFLUENCE OF DERIVATIVE N-OXIDE PYRIDINE ON GROWTH OF INFUSORIANS POPULATION TETRAHYMENA PYRIFORMIS W

O.P. Zhminko, N.G. Prodanchuk

The influence some derivatives N-oxide pyridine (ivin and triman) on growth of a infusorians population Tetrahymena pyriformis W in a concentrations range 10-2 — 10-28 М within 96 hours per different phases of their development is investigated. It's established, that both compounds make mainly inhibition effect on infusorians growth, which does not depend on concentration and time of influence. Both compounds also show induction effect on infusorians growth that the most significantly in extremely low concentration: ivin in concentration 10-28 М, triman — 10-26 M. The revealed absence of dependence "concentration-time-effect", different-direction of effect, presence of more significant effect for low and ultralow concentration with Tetrahymena pyriformis W requires realization of additional researches with animal for finding out an opportunity of occurrence "paradoxical effects " at mammals and development of the new approaches to a hygienic regulation of regulators of growth of plants in objects of an environment.
