PREDICTION OF PROTECTIVE PROPERTIES BOTH ТОXIC FOR ОXIMES AND ANOXIMES QUATERNIZES PYRIDINIUM OF SALTS

Conclusions.
1. The medical properties оximes and anoximes qvaternizes pyridinium functions are investigated at poisonings carbophos and chlorophos without atropinium and with atropinium in a comparison with dipyrokcinium in experiences in vivo.
2. Is shown, that the protective index at poisonings chlorophos is determined by a relation of total functional of electrons to total of the kernels in a molecule, and for carbophos — besides also by a relation of number p-bindings to number s-bindings.
3. Is defined, that тоxic (LD₅₀) qvaternizes pyridiniums of junctions depends on number of free pairs of electrons of their molecules and molecular mass.
