The effect of adverse environmental factors upon NKC — peripheral blood system in intact pregnant rats and Fl-generation has been studied. The decrease ofGGI (great granulated lymphocytes) rate for 200 leucocytes, 100 lymphocytes and their ratio to monocytes in experimental groups of all animal series was noted. This is the evidence of adverse impact of environmental pollutants upon natural killer activity of peripheral blood by direct and inderect way (through mother's organism). It causes the redusing of resistant functions and as the most sensitive unit in system "mother-fetus" the developing organism has been difined.
