L.P. Shirobokova, V.V. Khrapak

Dynamics of changes of behaviour reactions in white rats in nitrobenzene intoxication (a single intragastric administration of nitrobenzene in the dose of 682 mg/kg) was studied in the experiments. The results showed that nitrobenzene intoxication was accompanied by appearance of significant changes in laboratory animals as to behaiour reactions. Moreover, the results showed a sharp oppression of horizontal and vertical motor activity, hole reflex, vegetative reactivity, grooming. Gradual improvement of behaviour reactions was registered in the survived animals which, however, failed to reach the initial level on the 14th day of the observation.
