THE AGE ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF CHRONOCONCENTRATION EFFECTS UNDER INFLUENCE OF LETHAL DOSES OF SODIUM NITRATE AND LEAD ACETATE

V.V. Yanchuk, L.I. Vlasyk

In this paper the results of investigation at the first stage provided by means of the complex express method for assessment of sodium nitrate and lead acetate accumulation in animals of different age are presented. In newborns under per os administration of these substances in lethal doses the toxicity of sodium nitrate increases in 6 times, but ability to accumulation decreases in 16,8 time in comparison with old animals. In old rats under administration ability of both agents to accumulation increases about 1,4–1,6 times.
