STATE OF FREE-RADICALS PROCESSES IN A LIVER OF THE PREGNANT RATS AND THEIR EMBRYOS IN EMBICHINUM ACTIVITY AND IN TREATMENT-AND-PROPHYLACTIC TREATMENT WITH ANTIOXIDANTS

Тhe influence of alkylizing compound Embichinum on some parameters of free-radicals oxidation of lipids in a liver of pregnant rats and embryos tissue of day 20 of antenatal development has been investigated. The direct correlation of the activation of lipids peroxide oxidation process with rising of postimplantant mortality of embryos, decrease of their mass and the mass of placentas has been given. The application of derivatives 2-metil-6-oxihromaane as antioxidants corrects metabolic processes, that promotes antenatal protection of a fetus, regeneration of mass both dimensions of fetuses and placentas.
