PECULIARITY, CHARACTER AND EXPRESSION OF SUCCINATE SODIUM HIGH DOSES TOXIC ACTION ON THE ORGANISM OF EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS

The dependence on the level of high doses and the long term using of the succinate sodium for toxic effects (intoxication symptoms and pathomoryhological changes of mouse brain, heart, lung, liver, kidney) is investigated. It is found that these effects have the peculiarities connected with the transiente of the action, trigger mechanism and presence of the hyper- and hypocoagulation shiftings of hemostasis, forming and developing different version of the syndrome of blood disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) having signs issue (thromb) and hemorrhage changes in organs and tissues. Toxic effects may be changed from multysymptoms manifested to few symptoms and unsymptoms by the collection of signs and expression. Besides, they may be various on the course, form, stage and combination of majority of the DIC syndrome signs.
