Combined effects of pesticides, nitrates, lead and cadmium salts have been studied in a subacute toxicological experiment on the animals. Dose range was modelling a real possible daily intake abovementioned xenobiotics by Kiev region inhabitants. It was established that combined effect is revealed by an inhibition of weight increasing rate, prevailing of excitation processes in CNS, peripheral blood changes. Beside this combined effect is caused dose dependent activation of tissue lipids peroxide oxidation and stimulated by this activation a compensatory mobili-zation of ferment antioxidant systems; it is also led to dystrophic and destructive processes in the parenchymatous organs on the background of respiratory ferments activity decreasing and glycolysis processes increasing. It was shown that peroxi-dation activation, energetic supply decreasing and accompanying development of parenchymatous organs structure changes are leading links of pathogenesis under combined effect of abovementioned xenobiotics.
