PROBLEM'S ARTICLES DIFFERENT POISONING SENSITIVITY OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ANIMAL-BASED TOXICOLOGY EXPERIMENTS N.G. Prodanchuk, A.E. Podrushnyak, E.A. Antonovich It has been analyzed and generalized data on the age sensitivity of child to different chemical compounds. It has been shown that the child during the earliest period of his life have increased susceptibility to the action of some drugs and pesticides. It is concluded that an improvement of hygienic standardization scheme is necessary based on the age periodization of child and laboratory animals and must be taken into account children high sensitivity to most xenobiotics. |
