There was showed in experiments on dogs with early stage of pulmonary-cardiac insufficiency that therapy with foridon results negative inotropic effect and deteriorates relaxative properties of myocardium, reduces adenil nucleotides level and activity of respiratory enzymes in cardiac muscle.
