The totaltoxic action of known as adaptogene and detoxicante sodium succinate is investigated. In the experiments of study of acute toxicity on mice and rats is established that the sodium succinate is moderate-toxic substance. It is found that the acute preparation's toxicity may be caused by the essential breach observed in coagulation system of blood. In long-term (3 mon) investigation it was showen that using of sodium succinate therapeutic doses in mice at oral, intramuscular and intraperitoneal introduction it has no influence on the common state and conduct of animals, not changes the indexes in common analyses of urina, morphology and biochemistry of blood.
