Toxicological and hygienic properties of superficial-active substances (SAS), which are referred to 3-4 hazard class, are summarized. Some representatives of cationic SAS has 2 hazard class according to GOST 12.1.007-76. Most sensible to SAS organs are detected (liver, gastro-interstinal tract, kidney, CNS). This substances have sensibilising properties.
