The analysis of the materials by Keminova (Denmark), the literature data and the results of our investigation enabled us to classify methyl-parathione and made on its base Methaphos, 40 % emulsion concentrate (e.c.) of acute toxicity as 1st category (extremely dangerous) preparations and consequently causing poisoning of people, who apply them. The most suitable one is the microcapsule form of methyl-parathion — Parashyut, 40 % microcapsule mixture (m.c.m.). This preparation is less toxic than Methaphos, 40 % e.c. and can be classified according to the same criteria as 3rd category of danger (slightly dangerous).

Methyl-parathyone is little relisient in the environment. The crops, grown up with Parashyut, 40 % e.c. appliance, in the time of harvesting, were marked neither with methyl-parathione nor with its dangerous metabolite methyl-paraoxone.
