THE TOXICOLOGICAL ESTIMATION OF A NEW EPOXIDAL RESIN AND COMPOSITIONAL MATERIALS ON ITS BASE

The carried out toxicological estimation of new epoxy resin of the brand УП-666-4 and composites УП-6-144-1, УП-6-144-2, УП-6-144-2А on the basis of this resin has shown, that these bonds on size LD₅₀, at single-pass hit in a stomach is not enough toxic (4 classes of danger), render irritating action on a skin and mucosas, are allergens, have cumulative properties. The character of influence of epoxy resin and epoxy compositions on an organism is similar to character of influence of other epoxy bonds. The primary defeat of kidneys, liver, CNS is marked. Parameters of a toxicometry, the degree of an expressiveness of changes of physiological, clinico-biochemical and morphological indexs testifies to downstroke of a toxicity and danger of epoxy compositions in comparison with epoxy resin.
