АSSESSMENT OF DERMAL EXPOSURE TO FLUZILAZOLE ON THE WORKERS WITH USE OF DIFFUSIONAL MODEL OF PENETRATION ACROSS EXCISED RAT SKIN

Kirsenko V.V., Yastrub T.A.

Percutaneuos absorption of fluzilazole acrosss excised rat skin with use of diffusive model was studied under different pesticide concentration. It was shown that absorbed portion of exposure dose in the highest degree depends from applied concentration and time of exposure; it attained as much as 53 % under lowest pesticide concentration and 24 hours of exposure. It is concluded that if risk assessment of dermal exposure to pesticides execute with use of the exposure model the meaning of factor of skin absorption (FA) have must been as 0,6 instead 0,1. It is shown the dependence of risk value from accepted meaning of FA.
