We investigated the possibility of using different histochemical markers for identification of induced preneoplastic hepatocyte foci in randombread rat. There are lactatdehydrogenase, glucose-6-phosphatase, ATŠ ase, iron, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase detected in liver tissue after initiation N-nitrosodiethylamine action and partial hepatectomy. It was established that most suitable histochemical marker in condition of our experiment in randombread rat is gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, because such preneoplastic nodules are clear indicating and easy measuring.
