MORPHOLOGICAL ALTERATIONS IN BRAIN OF FIRST GENERATION POSTERITY OF WHITE RATS HAVING BEEN EXPOSED TO ENVIRONMENT POLLUTANTS OF INDUSTRIAL REGION

Findings of histomorphological investigation of brain of first generation posterity white rats, which were exposed indirectly through maternal organism to environmental pollutants of mining and metallurgical region are presented.

It was established that cerebral alterations of 20-days embryo were characterised by cerebral tissue edema, nervous tissue cribrosis and cells` cytoplasm vacuolization were observed. Such changes belong to adaptive ones and are reversible nature.
