TO THE PROBLEM OF SYNTHETIC DYES DETECTION IN FOODS

The historical aspects of the problem of dyes detection in foods are considered in the work. Some results of the investigations carried out for the purpose of developing a simple in performing and available method of qualitative and quantitative detection of synthetic dyes in foods are presented. The mode of confectionery samples preparation for quantitative dyes detection by spectrophotometric method is proposed.
