The experimental data about mode of synthetic pyrethroids' neurotoxic action and therapeutical efficiensy of some medicinal remidies were generalized in this work. Electrophysiological analysis of pyrethroids' action on the functional state of central neurous system and peripheral nerve, nerve-muscular conduction in warm-blooded animals was conducted. The experimental data about mechanism of pyrethroids' neurotoxicity and literatura data are discussed. The study performed indicated that pyrethroids' action was manifested in neuromuscular transmission disturbance, alteration of pre- and postsynaptic neuronal formation permeability and decrease of behavioural activity of rats in open field. The study of the functional state of snail neurone ionic channels indicated that pyrethroids blocked the acetylcholine receptors.

It was shown on the sumi-alfa poisoning model that diazepam and kortizon were the most effective among 35 investigated remidies. Their use was rezulting in increase of survived animals after poisoning. Such preparates as GABA, hydrohlorid hydrozid GABA, glicin and others lengthened the time of convulsions' development, their manifistation and decreased the animals' mortality.
