ANALYSIS OF AGE PECULIARITIES OF POTASSIUM OXALATE NEPHROTOXIC ACTION IN WHITE RATS

A.A. Mikheev

The peculiarities of localisation of tubule renalis breaches after a long term potassium oxalate administration by means of correlative analysis of renal of renal potassium transport parameters has been determined of white rats of different age. It has been established, that potassium oxalate provoked the breach of all ages, as a result of that was the absence of bonds of distal potassium transport with indices of proximal reabsorption, absolute potassium reabsorption and the value of glomerular filtration. Potassium oxalate removed the distal transport of potassium from the tubulo-canicular balance.
