THE MODERN PROBLEMS OF FOOD TOXICOLOGY

The problems of food toxicology in Ukraine are reviewed. Especially the attention is made on problem of the exposition the poisones with the food in relation to the human health.

This article devoted to science of food contamination by pesticides, toxical elements, polychlorbefenils, dioxins, polycycle aromatic hydrocarbons, antibiotics, hormons, nitrates, nitrites, N1-nitrosamines, micotoxins and their effects on the human organism. The author raise a question about monitoring control of chemical foods contamination and special treining of personel.
