THE INFLUENCE OF SUFAN ON LIVER ENERGETIC METABOLISM AND OXIDATIVE HOMEOSTASIS AT RUBOMYCINE INTOXICATION

The influence of new Ukrainian nonglycozide cardiotonic drug of metabolite structure Sufan on the datas of energetic metabolism and oxidative homeostasis in liver and intestine of normal rats and rats with rubomycine intoxication. It was established that sufan reduced caused of rubomycine introduction energetic metabolism disturbances and ohydative homeostasis disturbances. This drug of metabolite structure may be recommended for prevention of hepatotoxic effects of antracycline antibiotics.
