ABNORMALITIES OF BLOOD AND URINE BIOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF RATS AFTER SUBCHRONIC TREATMENT WITH 7- HYDROXYCOUMARIN

Changes of blood and urine biochemical parameters after subchronic treatment with 7-hydroxycoumarin in dozes 50, 200, 500 mg/kg has been determined. This compound increases alanine aminotransferase activity, alkaline phosphatase activity, urea content in blood and reduces pH value and increases protein value in urine that indicates about abnormalities of liver and kidneys functions. After recovery period not all parameters have been normalized.
