IMMUNOTOXICOLOGY OF NICKEL AND ITS COMPOUNDS

The literature review includes date cousenving immunotoxical effects of nickel and nickel-consisted compounds. It was found that nickel may act as a xenobiotic to modify the MHC-peptide complexes, induct the T-cells response of CD4- and CD8-leucocytes and affect the development of non-specific reactions.
