USING MUTAGENICITY AND ANTIMUTAGENICITY OF CULTURE OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES FOR RESEARCHES OF PHARMACOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS

In the article the results of the use of culture of peripheral blood lymphocytes for researches of pharmacological preparations. Experiments are described on a study their mutagenicity and antimutagenicity properties. Expedience of the use of cytogenetics indexes is resulted during clinical approbation of preparations. A question is put about a complex inspection at the study of preparations. Modification is described by preparation of in vitro cultures of peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients for the prognosis of application of preparation.
